The shopping centre Minho Center includes 58 shops distributed over three floors, as well as a Carrefour hypermarket with an area of 20 400 m2. This development also features a car park with capacity for 1 900 vehicles. The construction supervision also included exterior infrastructure, peripheral roadways and the rebuilding of an historic fountain. A large-scale work involving the use of pile foundations, controlled landfills, pressure compaction, prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with metal roof.
