The project for the vineyard was born from a desire of the owner to build 3 new structures on a farm located in Vale de Mendiz. The proposal was to create a new building with sanitary facilities to support the vineyard and another building for storage of barrels. The sanitary facilities consisted of toilets, showers and changing rooms, and were located at the first level of the vineyard. The intention was to have a separate building from the original one, achieved through a zenithal light entrance between these two buildings. To provide coherence to the project, the new volume was coated with the same shale stone of boundary walls of the vineyards.
